Thank you for arranging this. I must add how impressed I was by the session delivered. The session I sat in was delivered by Dave Mac and Caron Hunt. The session engaged students well and focus was maintained throughout. The level of professionalism and authenticity is commendable. Having had many sessions over the years whilst in practice, this session certainly topped them all. A credit to your team and an asset to Lincolnshire.

My Manager – Grimsby University

Caron has been a Tutor for the Nursing units on the Access to Higher Education Diploma for two
years and was integral in developing the two new nursing units for the programme. Caron designed,
planned, delivers and assesses these to an extremely high standard.
Since joining the Access programme in September 2016, Caron has brought a wealth of knowledge,
experience and skills from her own past and current career in the Health Sector. It is this expertise
that the students have really benefitted from. These adult learners are undertaking the Access
programme to progress into a career in nursing, or other health profession and many have not been
in education for a number of years. Caron has a very natural, approachable teaching style
which inspires confidence, but also develops those individuals with previous experience.
Caron is an absolute pleasure to have as a colleague. Always happy to help and enthusiastic about
the Access programme, she is keen to contribute works extremely hard to ensure the students are
successful in reaching their potential.
